    Hi there,
Once you've created the report of your choosing, click on 'Export' in the toolbar immediately above the report.

You'll be presented with the following options -

    Click Export.
This will save the file to your Q drive.

If you're using Chrome, Click Download File on your floating toolbar and download the file to a local destination on your PC eg. Desktop, My Documents etc.

You can then open the file using Excel.

    Hope that helps

    Cheers
    Rav

Can you change the formulas on the report? Presently if I copy the report the Total Columns and Rows do not work.

As mentioned, the formulas are editable but are automatically embedded in the export so will need to be manually changed in Excel.

I want my reports in Excel not have the round formula but plain sum. This is a real problem - when I copy a report imported from Reckon to Excel to another file or another sheet in the same spreadshsheet, the formulas do not work. The problem is they keep the link to the original imported sheet. Very tiring to change formula each time and source of making errors. Thanks.
