Revoking MFA in GovConnect
Good morning Brains Trust
I have a client that has accidently removed her Reckon Portal Services from the Google authenticator app & has no idea where/what her recovery pin is.
How can we revoke the MFA and re-enable this without using the above?

If the authenticator has been removed from the app and there isn't access to the Recovery PIN then our support team can arrange the removal of the current MFA assigned to the account. There are some security requirements around this however so we'll need the owner of the account to go through a quick verification check before it can be removed. We'll need the owner of the account to give our support team a call when they're able to and it'll sorted pretty quickly.
