Most times when i run a Company Snapshot after being logged in for some time, it crashes the whole system loosing any open work or reports.
It seems to work okay if I log in and run the report
What browser are you using? Try using Edge
thank you, had been told by Reckon only to use chrome
I refuse to use Chrome. Its invasive its a memory hog its unsafe.
I find it depends on each individual user’s system/setup - some work best on Chrome, others on a different browser (& yes Zappy, I know your thoughts on Chrome, but each to their own 😊)

Acctd4 if you use Edge, you dont get these problems. It is simply more stable.
