Reckon Accounting 2021 importing bank statements

I'm having trouble with Reckon Accounting 2021 and importing bank statements.

I get no error messages but the statements do not import into the relevant account.

I am with BankWest.

Is there any other user having success importing from BankWest into Reckon Accounting 2021?
