Hi everyone

We are currently investigating performance issues affecting Reckon One.

Early indication shows that reports and invoices are failing to load properly.

Our Dev team is looking into this as we speak and we hope to have it resolved very shortly.

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience this is causing currently.

    Investigations are continuing at this stage to pinpoint the exact root cause of the issue.

    Our sincere apologies again for the hassle this is causing at the moment. Our team is working to determine the origin of the issue at the highest priority.
