Can you change an individual employee's Super liability amount in Reckon Hosted?
Due to an employee changing their super fund, and neglecting to advise us of the change, a payment was made to the old fund, who advised us of the rejection. I requested the amount to be refunded, obtained the new super details and made the payment to the new fund.
Meanwhile, the old super fund refunded the payment to the ATO Clearing house, and once they saw the change of details, forwarded the payment onto the new fund.
Hence the liability was paid twice, the employee is a casual who works minimal hours and will not have the same level of super due next quarter.
Not sure how to process this in Reckon.
