Yodlee Not Reauthenticating Bank Feeds
The Bank Feed Management page in Reckon One is asking me to re-authenticate my Yodlee bank feeds. When I do that it just gets stuck (an endless spinning circle) and eventually ends up logging me out of Reckon One altogether. This happens on Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Is this a known fault, and is there a solution?

I haven't come across this sorry but certainly doesn't sound ideal. I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with our tech support team so we can take a closer look at this.

Hmm sorry to hear that, have you been given a case number at all? If so shoot it over and I'll see if I can chase it up.

Thanks for that. No I haven't been given a case number, but I've tried to lodge two support tickets without success.
