Emailing statement has frozen

I cannot cancel an email which has frozen. I have logged out but when I log back in the screen is still frozen. I have also tried the alt Page Up and that doesn't work either.

Hi Glenda,
Try Alt+Page Down just a quick check but if not please close the file and then head into the Hosted control panel and end the active session. Then logout again and close your browser.
Log back in after a couple of minutes and see if that works for you.

This happened to me yesterday with sending payslips, I had to force close the browser then log back in and go to control panel and Log off remote sessions before opening the file
