Reckon Accounts 2021 Home Business crashing constantly

"not responding" when I try and open my file.

crashes the program when I try to open the backup directory.

After 5-10 attempts it normally opens.

Will not backup - gives a 6974 Error Code

I have re-downloaded and re-installed the program - no difference

PC is fast with 16gb ram.

I am very concerned about the integrity of my data.

    Run the validate and then super validate and see what it says.

    Thanks for that Gerry. I just did a Validate and Super Validate but it did not say it found any errors. The program still crashes and closes when I try to do a Backup.
