New owners using Reckon Hosted with little knowledge . . .

Hi all,

We have experienced a baptism of fire this week trying to set up Reckon Hosted after acquiring a business last week. Our internal accounting team of working knowledge but it is not extensive and as owners we have no knowledge! Our external accountants are familiar with MYOB and Xero only. Is there anyone based in Brisbane that can provide face-to-face support for us? Am not sure what that looks like yet but can see we will need support over the coming weeks as we get up and running. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
