Shared Users being Asked for Username and Password . . .

Where is the login issue with starting the program or when you try and access the the company file?

Have you setup each as a seperat user with roles,

goto COMPANY, USERS, and set them up with appropriate access etc.

@jmckean911 No, the login to the Reckon Accounts Hosted platform here:

• is compulsory
• logs you into Reckon's servers (where your company files are stored)
• is a paid license login

The Username is your numerical Reckon Customer ID (unless you've specifically changed it) with each user having a "-number" eg User One: 123456-1, User Two: 123456-2 etc

... & is completely different & separate to your OWN Reckon Accounts Company File login(s) here:

You can have one paid RAH license but multiple Users set up within your company file itself (Obviously only one user is able to be logged in at any one time if you only have one license though)
