After renewed license for 'Reckon Account Enterprise 2022', no installation key code provided

Dear support,

Our company currently using 'Reckon Account Enterprise 2021' and our license will be expired early Jan, 2023.

Upon recevied the license renew reminder, we renewal our 'Reckon Account Enterprise 2022' license. However, no installation key code has been provided after we made the payment online.

We want to take this chance to upgrade our 'Reckon Account Enterprise 2021' to 2022 version. Hence, it need a Installation key code. Should we use the old one on hand (i.e. the one for 2021 version) ? Or, will your company provide us a new one as we have just renewed our license to 2022 version ?

Please kindly advise.

    If you login to the Reckon members site using your customer number and pin, you can download the software and installation key

    Hi CK

    If you login to the Reckon Members Area here - https://members.reckon.com/ with your Customer ID & PIN and click on 'Download Software', you'll be able to download your 2022 version from there and it will also outline the installation details you'll need for activation.
