Pay Run Error

Can anyone help me fix this error?


I'm using Reckon One

    I should have added...

    If I delete the Super pay item under COMPANY SUMMARY, the pay run goes through.

    I've checked the Chart of Accounts and there is an entry for Super under Payroll Liabilities.

    I've also signed out of the account and logged in using a different browser

    Hi @PBerz

    If you go into Settings ➡ Payroll Settings ➡ Pay Items and select the Super Guarantee item, check that the expense account the item has been configured to is still active and hasn't been deleted at some point previously.

    Thanks for that.

    I accidentally created three entries, deleted two and then go an even meaner error message
