reckon not working

i have payroll basic, today it said i had to update before i could use it, so i updated and now when i go to edit any employee in the pay run, i get a blank screeen with the spinning circle,
i have now paid for the subscription as well, but nothing has changed. it is also still telling me that i am still in phase 1 and need to upgrade

Just wanted to let you know there is a new update available for the Payroll App that we've released overnight that resolves the pay run loading issue.
