regarding to subscription expire but subscription fee is paid on time.

I logined reckon account and found two of my clients subscription was about to expire, I checked the payment record, we paid the invoice on time, and cc provided is still valid, could you check on your side and let me know what's going on. I suppose it is somehow related to upgrade to new version, i attached the screenshot for your reference.

I don't think this is related to your payment itself but rather I'm assuming that status message is displaying when the next month of the subscription is due to rollover. Does that apply for the books in your screenshot? ie. are they due to be billed for the next month in the next few days that the message is referring to?
