Reckon Payments - the worst payment software ever
For any clients, don't integrate Reckon payments into your invoices; it's the worst.
When using Reckon Payments, you don't get notifications when a client pays you, and there is no dashboard to see the payment status.
If a client pays using Reckon Payments, the money is deposited into your bank account a week later, but there is no way of knowing which client made the payment. It just has a random number attached that doesn't match the invoice number or anything else.
This is the worst payment software I've ever seen.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I've spoken with the team at Novatti in regard to your feedback and have a couple of updates.
Firstly, Novatti have advised there is a dashboard available that they can set you up with access to which will provide a better level of transparency in regard to your payments. If you shoot through a request to support@novattipayments.com they can start the process on getting this setup for you.
Secondly, they've taken your feedback on board in regard to the payment details not reflecting or having reference to the customer/invoice and will be reviewing this on their end for any possible enhancements there.
