Hi Team

I need to run a % Margin Report for all the item sold

Essentially we need to see a report that tells me what products are selling at < 0 % profit margin.

    Hi @prasanna

    The Item Profitability report (under Reports dropdown menu > Jobs, Time & Mileage) will show you this info - Click on Modify Report ... to add the (%) Difference column also:

    You can also untick any columns you don't want too (eg you can just display the $ & % Difference only if preferred 😊

    also is it possible to create a inventory item report with last purchase cost price ?

    Hi @prasanna ,

    Best option would be to create a Purchases by item detail and use filter to get the last purchase cost price.

    To create Purchase by item detail report go to:

    Reports> Purchases> Purchases by item details. It will display all the items and their cost price.
