I paid $205.00vfrom my NAB account on 23 Apr 2024 & I received an email from Reckon thanking me for my renewal on the 23rd April 2023 .

I've had my account for 6 years without any problems. late yesterday I tried to open my account on mu laptop, with NIL result except a note advising that my account had expired!! I phoned 1800 732 566 and the first person put me onto another section, and the second person told me he could not do anything and to contact the accounts hosted discussion section - which I'm now doing.

I urgently need to access my reckon account!! photos of the payment from bank and email from Reckon Australia thanking me for my payment are below

I need my account to be made available asap!!

    Please ignore my my comment Reckon accidently cancelled my reckon account!

    Finally I got a most helpful person via phone who reinstated my account - so I can now use it again

    Wendy the most important thing you need now to do now is remember to back the file up and download the backup to the desktop. Every day.

    I cannot upload m reckon personal account in my laptop - the morning after I backed it up on my C drive - and also a usb stick (extra backup) I can see the file on the C drive and the USB G file - but each time I try to open it, adobe file opens!! which obviously cannot open the Reckon file - can someone please help me?

    Have you got Personal plus installed?

    You can check this if you use Windows help and search for

    Default programs
