Salary Sacrifice

in Reckon Payroll

I'm unable to find Salary Sacrifice as a superannuation option when editing pay details notwithstanding that it shows as an active option in settings under Superannuation Items tab as well as Pay setup.

Any ideas what why this option is not showing?

    Hi @Mike Feltscheer,

    Can you please confirm if you've include Salary Sacrifice for Super on employee record.

    To check. Go to employee account → Superannuation tap → Edit → Click on the 👁️ icon and make sure you include Salary Sacrifice for Super.
