Employees EOFY figures do not align with our figures

in Reckon Payroll

I have 4 employees 2 are almost exactly right only about 20 cents wrong and the other 2 employees' gross pay is just over $ 200 more on reckon than on our figures.

I have found this happens every year and every year despite the pay runs being inputted correctly. Each year I managed to adjust the EOFY year totals on Reckon (usually with a lot of heartache and time spent).

I seem to be unable to fix it this year. Can you help, please? I urgently need to get this finalised.

    Hi Annette,

    Can you check if those 2 employees have an Initial YTD set for the 23-24 Financial year?

    I don't believe so. Is this why my figures are always out and how do I do it successfully?

    Is there any of the payrun that has the amount different against your record? Can you please confirm that there are no duplicate payrun?

    I did go through them yesterday and they all seemed to be accurate
