transfer ownership of Reckon Govtconnect subscriptions

I am leaving the organisation and need to transfer the companies to another user who I have previously shared the files with. Can anyone tell me how to do this thanks

    Dear @Kerrynweir ,

    If the ABN is registered under an email address that shares a private domain (eg. not @gmail.com; @bigpond.com; etc), you can make a request to Reckon in order to transfer the ABN from your account to their account.

    If the email address domain is different, or has a public domain like GMail, then you will need to fill a statutory declaration and provide this to our support team. We can then process the ABN transfer on our end.

    Hi Alexis it is a company email address so how do I go about requesting the transfer?

    You can do this by submitting a ticket to our support team here: https://www.reckon.com/au/support/ticket .

    You will need to list the ABN, the email it's currently registered under, and the email it needs to be transferred to.
