Today Reckon treated a debit transaction as a credit

What has caused the program to do this and how do I correct it

    Dear @Bazza ,

    The program cannot enter in transactions automatically without you setting up a recurring payment or creating the payment - if you entered in a transaction not allocated as a credit, you will need to find the debit and delete the transaction from within the software. After this, you can re-process your credit transaction.
