One share will not download prices - Why?

I recently bought some new shares, entered the data, and all seem to be downloading prices correctly except for one (Amcor). As far as I can see the ASX code is correct, and the other details entered are consistent with the shares that are downloading prices, so I can't figure out what is different about the Amcor shares.

I did have some Amcor shares for a few years MANY years ago (2001-2005), and the prices were downloading for the later part of that period until I stopped watching it in 2011, so it must have worked at some stage.

What can I try to find out why it isn't working, and hopefully, fix it?

    I'm using Reckon Accounts Personal plus 2022 on Windows 11.

    Hi @Anne C

    Did you recently add Amcor into the software? Also, do you know when Amcor shares were last updated correctly for you?

    We do have a help article for this. To start, could you please follow the steps in it and let me know if it resolves the issue?

    Thanks, @Jason_Z ! That worked. :)

    I had ticked Amcor in the Security list "watch" box, but hadn't realised that it hadn't fed through to the One Step Update "select quotes" list.

    Adding it to the selected quotes and running the One Step Update crashed Reckon (Error Code 6779), but on rebooting, the quotes are now there. (I have the report ID if that's any help, but I didn't think to download the actual report.)

    I'm wondering if the problem with Amcor was because I'd owned shares in it years ago, but had removed it from the Watch list some years back (2011), whereas the other new shares I'd entered were totally new. The others had automatically been added to the Watch list and the Selected quotes list without my having to do anything, so they were updating nicely.
