Unable to install new version of Reckon Accounts Home & Business

Greetings,

I have successfully downloaded the file from members website & received installation Key Code.

I unzipped the file and followed prompts to install. Received message to uninstall previous version (which I had not done) . Could not uninstall previous version. Used 'Windows installer clean up utility' which removed the previous version. Upon attempts to re-install repeatedly receive msg ' Another program is being installed. Please wait until that installation is complete, and then try installing this software again'. Have tried several times to re-install. without success. Can someone assist please.
