wrong profit and loss

in Personal Plus and Home & Business

Hi, I have entered Invoices and marked as paid along with Bills but on the profit and loss it will only show all the Expenses but no Income. I have tried every possible avenue, but no result am I missing something or is there an issue with the program (Reckon Accounts Home & Business V31).

    Hi @pernwal

    Is this a new occurrence? ie. was it working correctly previously?

    Are you able to alter the date range and see if that changes the result?

    Hi Rav, I'm new to this version just downloaded it. I previously used the Contractors version. I did change the date and chose year to date and still the same only registers expenses.

    What do you mean by contactors version, are now using Personal Plus or Home and Business
