May share history has disappeared

I enter share prices manually normally on the first of the month. When I went to do it all the old values had gone. Not long ago I changed the file name has this done something?

    Dear @davmorris_10860027 ,

Changing the file name should not have affected your Share Price history.

    Can you check the following:

    1. Where your Personal File is located?
    2. What happens when you try to run Reckon Personal Plus/Home & Business as Administrator?

    Kind regards,

    Alexis McKeown

    Dear @davmorris_10860027 ,

Can you move this instead to C:\Users\Documents\Quicken\ and see if this has any impact?

    Kind regards,

    Dear @davmorris_10860027 ,

In the location that previously held your .QDF file, can you check and see if there is a .QPH file in there?

If so, please rename the .QPH file the same name as you named your .QDF file, and move it to the same location.

The .QPH is the Share Price history file.

    Kind regards,

Hi Alexis I have done this but the problem remains. I have attached a screen shot of what is in the Documents file which perhaps is not right.

    Dear @davmorris_10860027 ,

Is there any .QPH file in C:\Users\dmor9\Documents\reckon ?

If so, can you move that to C:\Users\Documents\Quicken and rename it to DaveReckon?

    Kind regards,

    Dear @davmorris_10860027 ,

And what about the QPH file found in your file's original location ( C:\Users\dmor9\Documents\reckon )?

Can you provide any screenshot of that file?

    Kind regards,

    Dear @davmorris_10860027 ,

Out of curiosity, can you restore the backup (.RKN) in the Backups folder, then see if the .QPH file of the restored is more than 4KB in size?

    Kind regards,

Hi Alexis sorry to be apain but that backup folder doesn't have an RKN file. The QPH is 1kb but the lost file would have had several years of price history.
