YTD figures on employee's profile

Hi, there used to be a YTD visible in the employee's profile in Payroll Premier which also listed each pay without having to run a report. I can't see this in payroll reckon am I just not looking correctlyy?

    No you're exactly right. For some context, we removed the YTD Summary from the employee profiles in Reckon Payroll a little while ago for a couple of reasons; firstly it didn't show any initial YTD balances entered into the employee profile and secondly, it didn't show balances that were disaggregated when STP Phase 2 came into effect.

    I'm an advocate for having this back in the employee profiles though as I think it was very useful but we need to ensure it displays the 'full picture' of all balances, including disaggregation, so its something the team will be revisiting in the future.

    A little trick to view total employee balances for the financial year at a glance is by going to EOFY ➡️ Create EOFY Report for the specific financial year you're looking for ➡️ Select Employees ➡️ Create Report

    You can print this if you wish and once you're finished, discard the report.
