Access old file

in Reckon Payroll

Hi,

I am not longer a Reckon customer, but I need to access an old payroll file for some data for legal purposes. How do I go about this? I believe we were a desktop payroll premier customer.

I think we changed off it in 2018. The backup of the database is a .qpb file

    Payroll Premier has been discontinued and is no longer available as a software.

    With that said, I'd say it's best to give our Customer Service team a call on 1800 732 566 on Monday for a chat to discuss any options around this.
