Unable to select fund product when setting up salary sacrifice

Hi everyone

I am trying to set up a salary sacrifice. I have set it up all fine in the payroll items but when trying to apply it to an individual employee I can select their correct fund but not the fund product ( even though it is the product selected in their super guarantee ) and therefore cannot go any further with it

    Hi @BobW

    Please confirm if you are getting any error message when trying to select the Fund in Employee set-up? If so, please provide us with the screenshot.

    Hi @BobW

    Are you attempting to add the salary sacrifice item to their existing super fund or are you trying to add a new super fund to the employee as well?

    If you're adding to an existing fund, are you doing so via the same steps outlined in my example below? (click on it for a larger view).

    If you are and still running into trouble, are you encountering a specific error or message on-screen?

    Thanks Rav, that makes sense . I think I was trying to add it as a totally seperate item
