Hi

Trying to complete EOFY and its states:

"You can include up to 100 employees on a single report."

To make the reconciliation process smooth I would like to include all employees in one report (in my instance its 131) - Anyone else agree this causes the process to be painful/drawn out!?

    Hi @Samantha_9713244

Thanks for raising this and I can understand where you're coming from.

For some context on this, the EOFY finalisation retrieves a high level of aggregated data for employees and this multiplies as more employees are included. The limit of 100 employees per finalisation is in place to help ensure a stable and reliable experience as we want to avoid any performance issues or timeouts, particularly during EOFY.

I know that splitting the finalisation for users with over 100 employees adds an extra step and I apologise for that, we just want to ensure you don't run into any bottlenecks especially at this time of year.

    Hi @Rav

Thanks for your response - I can appreciate the amount of data being retrieved to create the report.

Even if the EOFY could be saved as a draft it could be beneficial.

I was able to work it out by downloading loading CSV's for both finalisations and merging them

Rav I have sent you a message in regards to another issue, I understand you are busy buy would appreciate if you could look into it for me

    Thanks Sam
