I can't log onto Reckon Hosted

in Accounts Hosted

I updated the file on Monday to the 'Launch Accounts 2025' and now it won't open and comes up with this error message…

I am definitely clicking on the correct launch accounts one, so that isn't the problem.

Does anyone have any other ideas please?

    Thank you @Rav, that worked.

    Weirdly though, and a note for others that may have this problem, I do always do the File - Exit to get out of Reckon every night.

    So when I couldn't get in this morning, I logged on and then went directly to File - Exit to make sure everything was cleared and then I was able to log back in correctly. It must have been a glitch in the matrix last night when I logged off!
