Hi All,

Is there a way to highlight text on a purchase order or tax invoice?

I know there is a section for messages but sometimes I would like to highlight a line in a purchase order as its important.

    Hi @Jacqs,

    Just to make sure I am understanding correctly. Do you mean to highlight a specific item in the list here?

    Hi Jason,

    Yes thats correct. I want to sometimes be able to highlight line 4 for example as that line is important.

    Sorry @Jacqs, I had a quick look in Reckon Hosted and there doesn't seem to be anyway to do this natively in the software. It might be a good post for the Ideas & Feature Requests 💡 channel.

    If you still want to do this, a possible workaround would be to save the document as a PDF, then open it in Microsoft Edge or a dedicated PDF viewer/editor to make the changes.
