I cannot sign in Reckon Customer Portal with my Microsoft account.

Hi All,

Is there anyone can help me to solve the sign in issue?

I can not sign in with my Microsoft account.

How can I change to a normal email account without any lose of my data history?

    Hi @JLDORA

    Was your Reckon Portal account originally created using the Microsoft login method?

    What's happening at the moment when you attempt to login? Are you encountering an error message? If so, what is it?

    Thanks for your quick response.

    Yes, I used to log in by Microsoft methond in past years, and never has any issue.

    But this time, I can not log in.

    I have attached screen shot to show the error message.

    Are you using a new browser or has anything changed since your last successful login to the Reckon Portal with your Microsoft login?

    Which browser are you using?

    I've just tested my own Microsoft login both in a regular browser window along with incognito and its worked normally in my case.

    If you click Accept on the message above, does it result in any other errors?

    Nothing change from my sides.

    Please find the attached photo when I click Accept and show the error message again.

    I can nomally use my Mircrosoft account, but only can not used to log in Reckon.

    Thanks for that. I'm going to shoot you a private message in a sec. Can you please respond to it when possible and let me know the email address of your Reckon Portal account that is registered using the Microsoft option.

    I've had a look at the email address that your Reckon Community account is registered under and while I see a Reckon Portal account for it as well, that is a 'regular' account and not a Microsoft one so I'm guessing its a different email address.
