Reckon Hosted bank feeds

After a monumental struggle, (and assistance from Reckon Support), we finally managed to establish a bank feed, with transactions in the feed dating from 16th July. However, I coded just one entry as a "trial", only to get an error message: "Error connecting to Reckon Accounts. E03. Failed to access the company file using the supplied credentials. Please verify the user exists and the user name and password match". Is it looking for the details from the Portal login (which is different from the Hosted login details), or what? I have NEVER seen such a convoluted and non-friendly user process. Why doesn't it simply download the entries straight into the bank register for coding? Can anyone tell me WHICH details I should check for matching the user name and password?

    It is a very clunky process and not one I recommend.

    I get that you felt compelled to do this. I did suggest using the manual process to get the mechanics right before connecting the bank feeds.
