Setting up bank feeds in Reckon Hosted

We emailed in a bank authority to bankdata@reckon.com over two weeks ago to set up bank feeds. So far we've heard nothing further. What is the "normal" time lag before bank feeds are ready to go live?

    Thanks for joining the Community but also sorry to hear its been a while since you've heard back from us.

    Let me follow up on where your email has got to. Can I just confirm the email address you sent your application FROM is the same email address that your Reckon Community account is registered under?

    Also, the last 4 digits of the account number.

    You can download a qif file from your bank and import it to Hosted

    Easier than the bank feeds

    Thanks Rav. In answer to your question - NO, the email address that I sent the application FROM is not the same email address that the account is registered under, as I was working from home that day. The email address is registered under the name of the principal of the firm that I work for. The last 4 digits of the account number is …3454.

    I've checked in with the team about this and have some details to run by you. They've received a couple of applications on the 11th for an account ending 5206. The feed for that bank account is active.

    However you've mentioned above, the last 4 digits of the bank account number sent in the application is 3454. We haven't been able to track that down. Can I just confirm that is accurate?

    Oh Rav! I'm so sorry, but when you asked me for the "account number", I assumed you were talking about the "client account" number, not the bank account number. My apologies for causing you a fruitless search by being so dense….

    The bank account is definitely the one ending in 5206, so I'm delighted that the bank feed for that is now active.

    Finally have the Reckon Hosted bank feed up and running, although still trying to work out some wrinkles in the coding.

    I commented to the Support person yesterday that I find it very awkward to have to sign in to Reckon Hosted, then sign in to the Portal, then sign in for Bank feeds. Such a convoluted process….😕

    You know if you import a qif file you can bypass all of this.
