Super for each employee is different in payroll summary vs payslip

Payroll summary Super amount for each employee is different from the pay slip total. I have done pay run adjustment / resubmit for each employee during last financial year. I have not changed payroll software. Please help.

    When you create a EOFY finalisation, are the balances for super guarantee that appear correct for each employee or do they match what is listed in the Payroll Summary report.

    Just something to keep in mind, there can be reasons why the Payroll Summary report doesn't match the EOFY finalisation and we've got some info on this here - #TipTuesday - Why does my Payroll Summary report not match my EOFY finalisation? 📆

    We've just released a new report called the Employee Earnings Summary report (info here) which is more in-line with STP submissions. What are the balances for super showing in that report?

    To help me investigate this further, could you please confirm the following:

    1. Do you currently have any Pay Runs in Draft?
    2. Is the Super amount in the Payroll Summary Report different from what's shown in the Pay Slips?
    3. Which one reflects the correct Super amount — the Payroll Summary Report or the Pay Slips?
    4. Is there any YTD Super balance recorded in the Employee records?

    Hi Tanvi,

    Thank you for your message. In response to your questions:

    1. I do not have any Pay Runs in Draft. They have all been submitted.
    2. Yes, that is correct.
    3. The Pay Slips reflect the correct Super amount.
    4. As of 01/07/2024 there is zero super balance to every employee.
