Everytime I log in recently I get the "Welcome to ReckonAccounts!" box.
I have to select if I am NEW or already a USER. I have never had to do this in the 12 years of using the software (except maybe the first time I loaded it). I say USER and then I have to search for my last backup instead of it just opening automatically.

In particular, ensure that your file name is less than 8 characters in length.

Hi, thank you for pointing me in the right direction re category. I didn't see this option when I was selecting. In regards to file length, my current save file is 24 characters in length and has been automatically selected by the software. I have never named a backup file ever. Followed the instructions on the link and all sorted, thanks heaps.
