Reckon One subscription fees

How can I get a question answered re charges? Have emailed multiple times & got no reply
When I joined Reckon One (simply in order to comply with STP) fees were $10/month for unlimited employees. Then they increased to $12/mth with reduced number of employees, now are $14/mth for max 3 employees. I don't need or use all your 'additions'…how about freezing the increases on 'SMALL' (read 'micro' ) businesses?

Hi Rav,
I sent it to reckononesupport@reckon.com
I received an acknowledgement of my email, but no followup:
Re: Question re charges for Reckon One - CAS-368291-K3W0B2 RKN:00000000252000031150
I don't want nor need all the extra functionality that has been added to Reckon One…I just need it for STP compliance

Thanks for that @RitaR
I've followed up on your email and have asked our customer service team to get back to you on that ASAP.
In relation to your query itself, we’ve worked hard to keep Reckon One competitively priced and its still one of the most affordable solutions available for small businesses who only need the essentials. I certainly appreciate that any increase can have an impact though, particularly for small businesses, and we're focusing on ensuring you have as much value as possible and that includes for folks who only need it for compliance.
For example, there are further compliance changes coming next year in the form of Payday Super and we've put a lot of work and resources into ensuring Reckon One is already prepared for this with its integration with Beam which comes included free with your payroll subscription.
If you have any questions, please let me know.

I just use payroll for STP.
I don't need to use your Payday Super…I've been doing this since July 1.
Just have the charges increase by 40% was bad enough…but to go from 'unlimited employees' to 3 is rather rude!

Rita, you might not be doing Payday Super right now but you will be next year when it becomes mandatory.
I'm no fan of the price rise but are you surprised? Everything is going up

Hi Eric,
I've been paying Super on pay day via SBSCH since 1/7/24. I do not need Payday Super
I know that prices are going up but there should be a 'tier' of charges…the more you use, the more you pay. My charges have increased without me using any extra services and the number of employees have dropped from 'unlimited' to 3…and they get counted if they are on the payrun as $0 payment.

Are you not aware that the SBSCH is closing down next year?
You don't do Payday Super yet but you will next year.
