Reckon Accounts Home and Business - How to Renew Online Services
Hi,
I renewed my subscription (via direct debit) to Reckon Accounts Home and Business three weeks ago. I reinstalled a fresh copy of V3.1 after I received a message "Your online services licence has expired….."
I reply "Yes" to renew my licence I am taken to the screen Reckon Accounts Activation Update". Can someone please advise what option to select as I get stuck in a loop when I select the option in Step 2 to automatically apply the update.

I think I had to do something similar a while ago. Just call their customer service and they should be align your online licence to the subscription

I rang customer service and they did not fix this recurring problem.
