Reckon Accounts Personal 2013 isn't opening

needing urgent help as my program is refusing to open.

    If you can please provide some more information whether you are getting any error when trying to open the software? or What is exactly happening?

    Hello Tanvi,

    I appreciate your reply. Each time I try to open the program (a desktop app), it starts to open then promptly closes. I've tried opening as administrator & making sure the compatability settings are correct. Ive tried to open this about 50 times & only twice its come up with a notification saying Com Error.

    Really hope you can help!

    From the error you mentioned "COM Error" there may be a problem with some .DLL files not being properly registered.

    I would do a clean uninstall and then re install from your members site
