Hosted taking a long time to connect when logging in

    the past few days my hosting just stays on connecting screen for a very very very long time to the point it just doesn't connect
    Is this part of this new upgrade with log in ?

    I've moved your reply into its own post here as its not related to the changes with the Remember Me feature and also so I can get a bit more info from you.

    Is this occurring each and every time you attempt to login to Hosted?

    When it does occur, is there a message or something else happening on-screen, if you can add a screenshot here that would be super helpful.

    Also, which browser are you using? If you're not already using Google Chrome as your browser can I get you to try it (as its the most compatible & supported browser) and let me know if the same thing occurs?

    I am on a Mac so I go through Safari
    It has been happening every Time I try to log on this past week
    Says on trying to connect the line goes back and forward but never gets me in
    two days ago I finally got in and then later that day I went back in and it just kept trying to connect

    I get in past the password part but then when I try to launch it that's were it stops
    I just tried again now and it keeps searching and stays on this page

    where the past it gets straight in

    Thanks for getting back to me @aromabals

    If that's still happening for you, can you do me a favour and close that tab and head into the Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel on your dashboard screen then select Log off Remote Sessions. If there are any active sessions listed, please log them all off and then logout (use the logout option in the top right).

    Once that is done, try logging in one more time.

    If it still does the same thing, can you please go through the process one more time but this time in the Chrome browser and just let me know if the same behaviour persists there?

    Morning thanks I followed the instructions and there were 2 open with different numbers so I closed them all and log out then tried again didn't get in so I followed instructions found it open with a different number closed that then tried to log on and couldn't it still trying to connect , I will try to log on NOT using safari , when I get home. Thanks I will let you know

    and when I try to log in through the reckon portal it takes me to this screen , I am not are how to get onto hosted , only way is as above message

    @Rav - all sorted my son woke up and downloaded Goodle chrome and I am in working , thanks again
