BAS Problem

Hello, Can anyone tell me why I cannot select G11 G10 G3 and G2 inside my BAS.

No amounts appear in these boxes, but it will not allow me to click on the tab to select, then check what accounts have been included. This has been the same for the last 2 BAS statements I have done.

The BAS report looks different to what it used to, like a faded look.

Just prior to this problem I had a technician install Windows 11 on the computer. (upgrade from Windows 10). I don't know if this is related. Thank You.

Hi @BDT

This will just be due to the current configuration being selected for the simplified option.

Just click on Config here:

& UNTICK this Simpler BAS option :

At one time, it was compulsory to also report ALL expenses/purchases - split between both capital (G10) & non-capital (G11) amounts - along with Sales (G1) & GST Collected/Paid (1A / 1B) amounts. Designed to make reporting easier & less burdensome, the Simplified option was introduced from 01/07/17.

This checkbox allows you to limit the prefill to just the simplified labels only (G1, 1A & 1B) 😊
