Hi, I have been having trouble logging in to lodge STP. I have tried to reset my password on many occasions on many different days via the app, online and by phoning. Each time it says the email has been sent but I never receive it. Previously (when I first set up) I received the reset email ok, and I receive other emails from Reckon. Is there another way I can reset my password? I really need to lodge! Thanks for your help!
