Hi everyone, I just wanted to give you a heads up on my whereabouts over the next little while. I'll be out of the office and on leave from tomorrow (Wednesday 28 April) and returning on the 17th of May. I'm heading home to NZ ✈️ for a couple of weeks to see family and let my parents meet their granddaughter for only the second time since she was born last year. Its a surprise for them so that'll be pretty exciting 😄. In my absence, the Community will be well looked after by my colleagues from the technical support team. They're a good bunch and will be able to provide a lot of insight and knowledge into issues and solutions. Stay safe everyone, and see you all again soon! 🙋‍♂️

    Hi everyone,

      Hi Mike!
      Head over to the Reckon Members Area at https://members.reckon.com/ and login with your Customer ID & PIN. You'll be able to access and download your purchased software versions from there.

      In future, click on the 'New Discussion' button on the main Reckon Community page and create a discussion so that fellow Community members (including me) will be able to see it and chip in to help :)

    Hello, I have the STP Free app on my Android. It accepts my login, but then it just goes into thinking mode and stays there. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone....now I am out 0f ideas....HELP

      Try this out in the first instance -
      - Close the STP app fully ie. swipe it away from your running apps
      - Go to your phone settings: Settings ➡️ Apps ➡️ Reckon STP ➡️ Storage ➡️ Clear Data (This path will vary depending on your phone make/model and/or version of Android OS)
      - Open the STP app back and login
