I have upgraded from Personal Plus 2020 to 2021 and have a confirmatory email detailing the paid invoice but when i go to open my existing 2020 program it tells me the license has expired and to renew on line When i do so there is no invoice to pay (but confirmed payment of 2021 license) and the codes/keys relate to my 2020 version I cannot therefore access Reckon at all and being the weekend there is no support from Reckon available Any ideas?

      I had the same problem and, frankly, you are stuck until you can call them on the phone. It's a crappy process!
