I have upgraded from Personal Plus 2020 to 2021 and have a confirmatory email detailing the paid invoice but when i go to open my existing 2020 program it tells me the license has expired and to renew on line When i do so there is no invoice to pay (but confirmed payment of 2021 license) and the codes/keys relate to my 2020 version I cannot therefore access Reckon at all and being the weekend there is no support from Reckon available Any ideas?0November 21
DanielNealI had the same problem and, frankly, you are stuck until you can call them on the phone. It's a crappy process!
