"Bad Request" pop-up.

Am needing to log in to Reckon Accounts Hosted from my laptop. Can get past login page but get pop-up saying "Bad Request". No further info. Why?? I need access NOW!

You need to log out all the way out and log back in again. The system is working fine I just got in

Thanks. When the problem arose I was using Safari. I closed Safari, used Google Chrome and was able to log in and open Reckon data file as normal.

With Safari, try to restore browser settings to standard. see: http://www.howtogeek.com/171924/how-to-reset-your-web-browser-to-its-default-settings/
