"Error with Login" message each time I attempt to log in

For the past two days, everytime I attempt to log in, I receive an "error with log in, try again later" message. I have invoices that need to be sent out by the end of the week, and am hoping to get an answer about what is wrong with the system?

    Hi Jacqui,

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Do you encounter this issue when logging into the Portal itself or when trying to launch your book using the 'Open App' button?

    When was the last time you were able to access Reckon One successfully?

    Which browser are you using? Does the same thing happen when using an alternate browser?

    Hi Rav
    I just logged in again to get a screen shot of the message for you, and it's working again! 
    But for your info, it was on the login Portal, and the same issue occurred with both Chrome and Explorer. I think that the last time I logged in was a week ago.

    Hi Jacqui,

    Sorry to see this has cropped again! Just checking, this is still occurring on all browsers when you try today?

    I'll escalate this up to our Portal team to take a look into what's going on with that.

    Yes, it happens in Chrome and explorer

    Hi Jacqui,

    Ok so I've just heard back from the Portal team about your case, and at this point in time, that error message displays if your login details are entered incorrectly ie. your password is typed in incorrectly etc. 

    Definitely appreciate that isn't the best user experience and the team will be changing that but in the meantime, can I just get you to try again and ensure that your login details are correct?

    The login details are correct as I have them saved on my computer and I have been able to log in in the past.
