Hi Eden - go to the File Menu - select Printer Setup - select Reports - then tick the Fit Report to box.  Cheers Linda

Hi Linda,  I did what you suggested and it worked as long as I stay logged in.  Once i log out and log back in the next day, the tick is gone. Do you know of another way that is more of a permanent way to set printer's default setting?

    thanks!

    Hi Teresa

Linda’s suggestion above usually does the trick.

Have you tried also selecting this option on your own printer defaults too?

This will be under your printer’s preferences on your computer (not in Hosted/Q Drive)

    Hi Shaz,

After generating the report on hosted, I always select print to "save to PDF" as we rarely need to print a hard copy. So there're no local printer settings involved.

I think i will try again and see what happen tomorrow when i log in in the morning. Thanks Shaz.

    Thanks Linda :-)

This morning first thing after logging in hosted, I checked the file menu - printer setup...  and yep, the tick was gone.

If it is a glitch, then hope it will be fixed in future updates, as I need to run heaps of time reports everyday,  it really helps if I don't have to redo a report just because I forgot to check the tick.
