When I try to terminate an employee I am stopped by a message - You need "Full" access under Employee Organiser to perform this action". We cannot find where to give full access.

You might need to log in as the Admin to do this.
Or change the settings in Company/Setup Users

I tried adding Payroll Manager and Payroll Processor to the list of permissions.  Made no difference :(   Have logged in as Administrator, which voids the whole reason for having separate logins.

well, not sure how this works in hosted, but sometimes it is necessary to log in as admin.

It seems a bit silly to be able to give a user full access and then have them need to log in as an administrator to process an employees termination.  When we have multiple people accessing the file, I thought the idea was to be able to use the audit trail to confirm who did what if there was ever a query.

    Hi Soph,

Check the role permissions assigned to the user in Company > Users > Setup users and Roles > Role List > Edit
