"Help search results" page not displaying any information once search term is input on Reckon Accoun

I am trying to find out more information about a topic (overpayments in this case). I type in "overpayments" and the Help search screen appears but when I click on the topic I want, nothing appears in the page on the right hand side. I am using Windows 7, Reckon Accounts Pro (on the desktop).
I tried to do a screen dump but haven't had any success - sorry.

    Hey Josie, welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. The Help Index runs off IE. Check that IE is set as the system's Default Browser (how to).

    If this does not do the trick there may be a fault with the installation. I'd recommend backing up your current Company File (so you have 2 copies of your data file) and then reinstall the RAB 2014 Pro.

    Hi Mirko,

    I will check that this is the issue, however I do not want IE to be my default browser for anything else. Is there any way that Chrome can be configured to work with your Help screens?

    (Just checked - changing to IE doesn't help)
